The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return following the instructions below.

Our policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.


Return Conditions

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it;

  • Not have been worn, washed, or used;

  • Have all original tags attached;

  • Be in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Used, damaged, or washed items;

  • Customized products made on request;

  • Items without tags or original packaging;

  • Gift cards or promotional products (if specified on the product page).


How to Initiate a Return

Once logged in:

  1. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and your email address;

  2. Select the item you wish to return;

  3. Indicate the reason for the return (choose the closest option);

  4. Choose your refund method:

    • Refund to the original payment method;

    • Gift voucher to use on our e-commerce;

    • Exchange for another product.

⚠️ Items sent without first completing the request on the platform will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If the return is approved, you will receive instructions by email on how and where to ship the package.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in certain cases or order errors. Some product types may have specific return costs, which will be communicated at the time of the request.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately via the platform or at servizioclienti@legea.it, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired item is to request an exchange through the returns platform. Alternatively, you can request a refund and purchase the new product directly on our website.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 4 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment network.
If you chose a gift voucher, you will receive a code via email to use on our e-commerce site.


EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments, as well as EU Directive 2011/83, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order without providing any reason, provided the products meet the eligibility conditions stated above.
