Legea manages this store and website, including information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a proper shopping experience (the "Services"). Legea is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Legea reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until Legea confirms acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Legea may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. In case of rejection, modification, or cancellation, we will notify you via email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that you are making purchases for personal or family use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time of order submission and can be viewed in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, prices listed do not include taxes, customs duties, shipping, handling, or import fees. 
Prices listed in our online stores may differ from those offered in physical stores or other third-party stores. Occasionally, we may offer promotions affecting prices, which are subject to separate terms and conditions. In case of conflict between an offer's terms and these Terms, the offer's terms will prevail.
For all purchases made in our stores, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete data regarding your purchase, payment, and account. You agree to update your account and other information immediately, including email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, to allow us to complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use such credit card for purchases; (iii) the charges will be paid by your credit card company; and (iv) you will pay the charges according to the published prices, including taxes for shipping and handling, and all other applicable taxes.

For orders shipped to Montenegro, Legea commits to covering customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees required by local authorities. The total price at checkout will include these charges, and the customer will not be required to pay additional amounts to the courier upon delivery for these items.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Legea will handle necessary customs procedures for goods entering Montenegro. However, we are not responsible for exceptional delays due to customs inspections outside our proper documentation management. Once products are transferred to the courier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, texts, visuals, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, as well as their design, selection, and organization, are owned by Legea, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create copies of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material related to the Services without our written consent. Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not grant or imply any license or rights to Legea's, Shopify's, or third parties' patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Legea.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Legea are trademarks of Legea or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without written permission from Legea. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may have access to customer tools provided by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not verify, control, or include.
You understand and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions and without support. We are not responsible for any issues arising from or related to your use of third-party optional tools.
Your use of optional tools offered through the site is at your own risk and discretion, and you must also understand and accept the terms on which such tools are provided by third-party providers.

Legea is operated by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases made by you in our Store are directly with Legea. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Legea, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Legea.

You confirm that your Feedback will not violate any rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. You also confirm that your Feedback will not contain defamatory or otherwise illegal, offensive, or obscene content, nor contain viruses or other malware that could affect the operation of the Services or any linked websites. You must not use a false email address or pretend to be someone else or mislead us or third parties regarding the origin of your Feedback. Your Feedback and its accuracy are your sole responsibility. (i) engage in any other conduct that impairs or inhibits others' use or enjoyment of the Services, or that we deem to be harmful to Legea, Shopify, or users of the Services, or that exposes them to liability.

Furthermore, you agree not to:

(a) upload or transmit viruses or other malicious codes that could be used to affect the functioning or operation of the Services;

(b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or disclose any part of the Services;

(c) collect or track personal data of others; 

(d) engage in spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping;

(e) interfere with or bypass the security features of the Services, related websites, or other websites or the internet.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated any part of these Terms.
