Cancellation policy
Some items available in our store may be offered via subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on a continuous basis. These deliveries are based on the duration of the subscription and the selected frequency.
Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can use them to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or available soon, for which stock is not yet available. At checkout, we may not charge any payment or may only charge a partial deposit and store your payment method, then fulfill the order and charge the full amount or the remaining amount at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please see our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.
